About the Role
The Remote Customer Service Manager will serve as a key member of the arenaflex team, responsible for guiding clients to achieve their travel package goals. Key Responsibilities

Foster teamwork by collaborating with and helping teammates, ensuring that no client falls through the cracks and that each client is surprised and delighted by the service they receive
Respond to client requests and questions in a timely and professional manner, applying for payments and sending out payment reminders as needed
Manage flight changes and seat assignments, as well as concierge-related details such as spa, touring, and dinner reservations
Correspond with clients on preferences, assist with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notify hotels of client preferences in a timely manner
Prepare client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, and advise clients on what should be printed and when
Update daily activity, reporting, and status in arenaflex's cloud-based CRM, ensuring that all client information is accurate and up-to-date
Set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently, prioritizing tasks and ensuring that all deadlines are met
Manage client profiles and bookings, serving as a backup travel support and main point of contact as needed in case of emergencies
Continue to grow in savvy and proficiency, implementing tools and strategies to heighten arenaflex's remote workplace culture and improve client satisfaction
