Key Responsibilities Promote and sell air travel to the traveling public or freight forwarders Provide assistance with passenger check-in and load acceptance Interpret authority guidelines and requirements for domestic and international travel or shipment shipments Meet and dispatch aircraft within set-up times Provide support to troubled passengers and clients Protect company properties and revenue Ensure a safe travel experience for all clients Possess the physical capability and dexterity to apply motor skills to perform various job-related duties Use organizational skills to perform multiple tasks within a limited time period Be self-motivated and require minimal supervision Respond and assist during safety and emergency situations Follow internal and external regulations and procedures Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications: High school diploma or GED Read, write, fluently speak, and understand the English language Bilingual language skills are required in some locations Applicable valid driver's license as required by local authorities Must satisfy FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted admission to privileges to airport security identity display areas (SIDA), if applicable Must be able to obtain airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, if applicable Ability to work irregular and/or extended hours, including weekends and holidays Must report to work on a regular and timely basis Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Prior customer service experience Knowledge of the air travel industry Experience working in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a high-volume environment Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
