Job Summary As a Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and providing a world-class experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Understand and implement inbound and outbound calling strategies to ensure timely and effective communication with customers. Take overflow inbound service calls to ensure that all calls are answered promptly and efficiently. Assist customers with appointment scheduling and provide support to ensure a seamless customer experience. Collaborate with Service Managers to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded. Maintain working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers. Stay informed about marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates to effectively communicate with customers. Essential Qualifications: Proficiency in phone and computer systems. Professional and polite demeanor with excellent communication skills. Outgoing and friendly personality with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to provide a world-class experience for our customers. Call center and appointment setting experience (at least 1 year). Organized, detailed, and able to multitask with strong attention to detail. Strong team player with excellent collaboration and communication skills. Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply. Preferred Qualifications: 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment. Experience working in the automotive industry or a related field. Knowledge of dealership systems and technologies.
