* Maintaining a working knowledge of dealership systems and technologies to stay ahead of the curve
* Staying up-to-date on marketing campaigns and manufacturer updates to provide informed responses to customer inquiries
**Key Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Proficiency on phones and computer systems, with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
* A professional and polite demeanor, with a friendly and outgoing personality that shines through on every call
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide a world-class experience to every customer
* Previous call center and appointment setting experience, with a strong understanding of customer service principles
* Organizational and detail-oriented skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
