**Key Responsibilities**

As a Remote Customer Service Call Center Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries regarding service offerings, appointment scheduling, and vehicle concerns.
* Providing information on promotions, services, and service specials to our valued customers.
* Scheduling service appointments and managing the customer database with precision and accuracy.
* Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction with service and resolving any issues that may arise.

**Qualifications**
