Job Overview As a Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in consulting with families, explaining the options available, and helping them select the best plan to fit their unique needs. You will work remotely with individuals who have signed up to receive supplemental benefits, providing attentive customer service, and administrative support as needed. Your goal will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, ensuring their benefit plans are tailored to their current needs and providing ongoing support and guidance. Key Responsibilities Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits offered by blithequark, responding to their inquiries and scheduling Zoom meetings as needed Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client, ensuring they receive the best possible coverage Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout their journey with blithequark Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as assist with any necessary claims or adjustments, ensuring a seamless and efficient process Provide attentive customer service and administrative support in response to members' needs, responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, performing any necessary updates on schedule and maintaining the highest level of organization and attention to detail Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to think like an entrepreneur and work as a committed team player.
