About the Job
As a remote customer service and payment collection representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for making outbound (and some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collections on their accounts. You will work closely with our management team to receive feedback, coaching, and guidance on how to continuously improve your performance and provide exceptional customer experiences. Your goal will be to provide knowledgeable answers, resolve customer issues, and offer personalized support to ensure that our customers feel valued and supported throughout the payment collection process.

Essential Qualifications
