About the Job
As a remote customer service and payment collection representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for making outbound (and some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with payment collections on their accounts. You will work closely with our management team to receive feedback, coaching, and guidance on how to continuously improve your performance and provide exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound (and some inbound) phone calls to customers to assist with payment collections on their accounts
Provide customers with knowledgeable answers and solutions to their questions and concerns, using scripted customer feedback and guidance from our management team
Keep accurate records of customer interactions, including notes, payments, and follow-up actions
Collaborate with our management team to receive feedback, coaching, and guidance on how to improve performance and provide exceptional customer experiences

Essential Qualifications

Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or a degree in a related field is preferred
Access to a quiet, dedicated workspace at home with reliable internet connection and a standard keyboard
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and conflict resolution


Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in a payment collection or accounts receivable environment
Background in retail, sales, or customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer experiences
