Job Overview The Customer Service and Data Entry Representative will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team. This is a remote position, and we will provide you with the necessary equipment, as long as you have a high-speed internet connection. As a key member of our team, you will be primarily responsible for data entry of claims information into our claims management systems, following up on missing information, reviewing invoices for accuracy, and compiling reports from systems with claims information. Key Responsibilities: Perform data entry of claims information into our claims management systems with high accuracy and attention to detail. Follow up on missing information to process claims in a timely and efficient manner. Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness. Compile reports from systems with claims information to support business decisions. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner. Essential Qualifications: To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field, such as customer service, data entry, or administration. Basic computer and typing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Must be willing to submit to a background investigation, as any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation. Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in claims coordination or a related field. Knowledge of claims management systems and software applications. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, using initiative and judgment to resolve issues.
