Responsibilities
As a Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, you will be responsible for:
Providing administrative and staff support services to our claims coordination team
Entering claims information into our claims management systems with high accuracy and efficiency
Following up on missing information to process claims in a timely manner
Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness
Compiling reports from systems with claims information to support business decisions
Communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and external customers to resolve issues and provide support
Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security protocols
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A high school diploma or equivalent
6 months to 1 year of work experience in a customer service or data entry role
Basic computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
Experience working in a claims coordination or insurance industry
Knowledge of claims management systems and software
Certifications in customer service, data entry, or a related field
Fluency in multiple languages
