Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service and Data Entry Representative. This is a remote position, and we will provide you with the necessary equipment, as long as you have a reliable high-speed internet connection. As a key member of our claims coordination team, you will be responsible for providing administrative and staff support services, ensuring the efficient processing of claims, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Primarily perform data entry of claims information into our claims management systems, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail. Follow up on missing information to process claims in a timely manner, providing excellent customer service and support to clients and internal stakeholders. Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues that may arise. Compile reports from systems with claims information, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Provide administrative and staff support services to the claims coordination team, including responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. 6 months to 1 year of work experience in a related field, such as customer service, data entry, or administration. Basic computer and typing skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications. Strong attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with minimal supervision, and maintain productivity and motivation. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred: Previous experience in claims coordination or a related field, with knowledge of claims management systems and processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
