Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Service and Data Entry Representative. This is a remote position, and we will provide you with the necessary equipment, as long as you have a high-speed internet connection. As a key member of our claims coordination team, you will be responsible for providing a wide range of administrative and staff support services, including data entry, customer service, and claims processing.

U.S. Eligibility Requirements

Additionally, you must be willing to submit to a background investigation, and any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation. You must also have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. arenaflex hires U.S. citizens, permanent residents, asylees, refugees, and temporary residents. Temporary residence does not include those with non-immigrant work authorization (F, J, H, or L visas), such as students in practical training status. Exceptions to these requirements will be determined based on a shortage of qualified candidates with a particular skill.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

Primarily performing data entry of claims information into our claims management systems
Following up on missing information to process claims
Reviewing invoices to ensure accuracy
Compiling reports from systems with claims information
Providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients
Collaborating with the claims coordination team to ensure seamless operations


Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

High school diploma
6 months to 1 year of work experience
Basic computer and typing skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service skills
