Candidate Qualifications

You should be able to type swiftly and accurately, with a minimum of 20 words per minute, and have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system. Additionally, you should be highly reliable, with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality, and be able to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues in a professional and courteous manner.

Essential Qualifications:

Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
