As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers via phone, email, or chat. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding flight schedules, bookings, and airline-related services Utilize problem-solving skills to de-escalate customer complaints and concerns, turning negative experiences into positive ones Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues, ensuring seamless communication and effective issue resolution Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets, consistently delivering high-quality service that meets blithequark's standards Maintain up-to-date knowledge of blithequark's products, services, and policies, ensuring accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Previous customer service experience (preferably in the airline industry) Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace, ensuring a quiet and distraction-free environment for customer interactions Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Working knowledge of Sabre or another Passenger Service System Previous experience working in a remote or virtual environment Bilingual language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers who speak languages other than English Experience working in a call center or customer service environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices Career Growth and Development: At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
