**The Role**
As a Remote Customer Experience Agent, you will be the face of careerzynith, providing exceptional support to our clients through email, chat, and phone communications. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities and Duties**
* Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and in a timely manner
* Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services
* Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them on appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations
* Use promotional techniques and prepare promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages
* Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary
* Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods/tools
* Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times
* Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
* Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
* Take the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal client base
* Work collaboratively with team members to improve the overall customer service experience
* Stay up-to-date with new services, policies, and industry developments
**Qualifications**
* Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
* Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
* Skills and Competencies:
