Key Responsibilities and Duties

Planning and selling transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services to meet our clients' needs.
Cooperating with clients to determine their needs and advising them on appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations.
Using promotional techniques and preparing promotional materials to sell itinerary tour packages.
Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods and tools.
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents.
Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in our customer service.

Essential Qualifications
