Key Responsibilities and Duties As a Remote Customer Experience Advisor at blithequark, you will be responsible for: Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and in a timely manner. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary. Providing accurate, valid, and comprehensive information by utilizing the right methods and tools. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents. Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
