Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Client Care Guide to join our team at arenaflex. As a Client Care Guide, you will play a vital role in enabling our clients to take their medications accurately and achieve better overall health. This is a completely remote position, and you will be working from the comfort of your own home, with a flexible reduced-hour schedule that may start and end outside of typical business hours. The position requires 30-39 hours per week, but may necessitate extra or fewer hours due to business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
As a Client Care Guide at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

Assisting clients and other counselors via phone, email, and online with billing/insurance checks, products, or service questions
Managing both inbound and outbound calls in a high-volume call center environment
Proactively identifying solutions to questions you anticipate our clients may have in every interaction
Adopting an engaged approach to resolving each issue, owning it from start to finish or escalating to pharmacists and pharmacy staff if clinical advisement is necessary
Providing top-tier customer service experience to our clients while working in a fast-paced environment
Assisting with responding to client inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as needed
Providing our clients with technical support while navigating pharmacy.arenaflex.com
Serving clients promptly to ensure we are building a long-term relationship with them

Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

Must currently live inside the province of Arizona to qualify
High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
2+ years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, counselors, and other stakeholders
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to proactively identify solutions to complex issues
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong technical skills, with the ability to navigate multiple software systems and platforms


Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset:

Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
Knowledge of pharmacy operations, medical terminology, or a related field
Certification in customer service, data entry, or a related field
Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients who speak multiple languages
