**Responsibilities**

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through live chat support, providing accurate and timely information on insurance plans and benefits
* Troubleshooting technical issues with online tools and resources, ensuring seamless access to our services
* Collaborating with team members to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric experience
* Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, adhering to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and data security
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues efficiently, and escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary
