**Responsibilities**

As a Remote Chat Support Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients through live chat support. Your responsibilities will include:

* Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through live chat in a timely and professional manner
* Providing accurate and timely information on insurance plans and benefits, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of their options
* Troubleshooting technical issues with online tools and resources, working closely with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
* Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions, adhering to company policies and procedures regarding confidentiality and data security
