Collaboration with Product and Engineering Teams: Collaborate with our product and engineering teams to identify and troubleshoot any technical issues reported by customers. Comprehensive Product Knowledge: Utilize comprehensive product knowledge to guide customers through product features, troubleshooting steps, and other technical support information. Documentation and Knowledge Base: Document customer interactions and resolutions in our internal knowledge base to assist with future inquiries. Process Improvements: Proactively suggest improvements to the customer experience and assist with optimizing our chat support processes. Escalation and Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to escalate complex issues and provide updates on ongoing customer cases. Professional Demeanor: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, even when handling challenging customer situations. Requirements Essential Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable tone. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
