**Key Responsibilities:**

As a Chat Support Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:

* Responding to customer inquiries via chat, providing timely and accurate information on our services, policies, and procedures

* Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions within our CRM system

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer support role, preferably in a chat support environment
* Technical proficiency with chat support platforms, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite
* Strong organizational, planning, and teamwork skills
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting
