**Responsibilities**

As a Remote Chat Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
- Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review
- Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences

**Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary, but a plus)
- Basic internet and window-based computer skills
- The ability to multitask and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
- A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and grow

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Gaming experience (helpful, but not necessary)
- Residing in one of the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Ohio, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, West Virginia, or Wisconsin
- Availability to work five days a week, including a Saturday or Sunday
