Deleting messages that violate the server's rules to maintain a clean and respectful chat environment. Banning users who have multiple and repeat violations of the server's rules, following a fair and consistent disciplinary process. Muting users who have violated the rules, as a measure to correct behavior without completely restricting participation. Investigating reports made by users about violations of the server's rules, ensuring each case is handled with care and fairness. Collaborating with other moderators and the arenaflex team to develop and implement policies that enhance the community experience. Engaging with the community to understand their needs, provide support, and foster a sense of belonging among users. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: Be at least 18 years of age or older. Hold a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Have experience in community management or a related field, with a proven track record of successfully moderating online communities.
