Job Overview The Chat Moderator position at arenaflex is a part-time, remote, and flexible role designed to ensure the smooth operation and adherence to community standards of our official Discord server. Key Responsibilities Modifying and enforcing community rules and guidelines to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all users. Deleting messages that violate the Discord server's rules and guidelines. Banning users with multiple and repeat violations of the server's rules, following established protocols and procedures. Muting users who have violated the rules, as necessary, to maintain order and decorum within the community. Investigating reports made by users regarding violations of the server's rules, resolving issues promptly and fairly. Collaborating with other moderators and arenaflex team members to ensure consistency in the application of community standards and rules. Staying updated on community trends, concerns, and feedback to continuously improve moderation practices and community engagement. Essential Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age or older. High School Diploma or GED required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people. Strong understanding of community management principles and practices. Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision.
