As a key member of our customer engagement team, you'll be responsible for professionally acknowledging and responding to emails and chat/text messages from our customers in a timely manner. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a strong understanding of the automotive industry, we'd love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat/text messages in a timely and professional manner * Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses to customer inquiries * Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt * Identify and report system errors or anomalies * Work a set minimum number of conversations per hour * Meet or exceed ERA (Email Response Accuracy) targets, with coaching and possible termination for ERA below 10% * Operate within multiple software platforms, including our proprietary customer engagement platform **Education & Skills Required** * Strong knowledge of the automobile industry, including makes and models of vehicles * High-speed internet access required * High school diploma or GED * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity targets * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in multiple software platforms, including our proprietary customer engagement platform **Work Schedule** Our Remote Chat Agents work a variety of schedules to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service 24/7.
