As a part-time remote call center representative, you will be responsible for soliciting donations on behalf of our non-profit partners via phone calls. Key Responsibilities As a remote call center fundraising specialist, your key responsibilities will include: • Following client-approved messaging for each campaign on every call • Following the fundraising call structure on every call • Connecting emotionally with prospects and serving as an enthusiastic brand ambassador for the organization • Making a compelling case for financial support on every call • Maintaining a professional appearance and meeting dress code requirements • Maintaining a positive attitude and demeanor • Having fun and being passionate about making a difference Schedule and Flexibility We understand the importance of flexibility and offer a schedule that suits your needs. Our standard shift hours are Monday to Thursday from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM EST or Sundays from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM EST, with Friday Flex from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM EST. While we occasionally offer longer evening or morning shifts for extra hours, this is not guaranteed. Salary and Benefits We appreciate the hard work of our fundraising specialists and offer a competitive salary and benefits package. Our starting pay is $13.00 per hour, with pay increases after 90 days, six months, and one year. After one year of employment, you will receive $15.00 per hour, along with accrued paid time off. We also offer a flexible schedule, which is ideal for individuals who value work-life balance.
