Key Responsibilities Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to determine their eligibility for potential compensation through an automated dialer Handle a high volume of connections, speaking with 40-50 callers per day, and identifying 1-5 potential qualifiers Multitask by listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows to provide exceptional customer service Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals Utilize phone software (VICI), Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM), and follow scripts appropriately to ensure seamless customer interactions Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills in the position Adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain the highest standards of quality and integrity Assist with other projects as needed to support the team and contribute to the company's growth and success Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues to ensure uninterrupted service and optimal performance Candidate Profile To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
