Job Overview

As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls, assessing client eligibility for compensation, and providing exceptional support and guidance throughout the process. Key Responsibilities

Connect with clients through an automated dialer and assess their eligibility for compensation
Handle a high volume of calls, with a target of 40-50 connections per day, and identify potential qualified clients
Multitask effectively, including listening, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows
Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
Utilize phone software (VICI) and our Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) accurately and follow scripts appropriately
Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills
Adhere to all company policies and procedures and assist with other projects as needed
Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues independently


Candidate Profile
To succeed in this role, you should have:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to empathize with clients and provide personalized support
Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with a competitive spirit and a results-driven approach
A strong background in call center environments and sales-focused customer service, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience
The ability to work independently in a remote setting, with a quiet, distraction-free space and reliable technical equipment


Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must:

Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey
Have a reliable, hardwired desktop or laptop PC (no Mac or Chromebook) with a minimum of 8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, and a 1.2 GHz or faster CPU
Have high-speed internet with a minimum upload speed of 100MBps and a download speed of 50Mbps
Use a reliable, noise-cancellation headset that is wired via USB
Be available to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, with the ability to work 8 hours a day and proactively manage appointments and other responsibilities during earned vacation days or outside business hours

Competitive salary with a starting rate of $17.31/hour, plus commissions and bonuses, with a total compensation potential of up to $33.00+/hour ($70,000+)

Hours of Operation
Our standard hours of operation are:

Monday-Thursday: 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern
Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
Training schedule: Monday-Thursday: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern and Friday: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
