Job Overview
As a Remote Call Center Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in connecting with individuals who have expressed interest in learning more about their potential eligibility for compensation. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls, providing exceptional customer service, and navigating our proprietary customer relationship database (CRM) and phone software (VICI) with ease. Key Responsibilities

Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to determine their potential eligibility for compensation, using an automated dialer to manage a high volume of calls
Speak with 40-50 callers per day, with 1-5 callers potentially qualifying for compensation, and provide empathetic support and guidance throughout the process
Multitask with ease, listening to callers, answering questions, and viewing multiple windows on your computer screen
Achieve or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to improve retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates and goals
Utilize phone software (VICI) and our proprietary CRM accurately and efficiently, following scripts and guidelines as provided
Participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge of the position and stay up-to-date on industry developments
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and maintaining the highest standards of customer service
Assist with other projects as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to contribute to the team's success
Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues, using your technical skills to resolve any challenges that may arise


Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and customer service skills. You should be competitive, motivated, and results-driven, with a passion for working in a fast-paced call center environment. Requirements

Reside in the State of Florida or New Jersey
Have a quiet, distraction-free space to work, with a reliable hardwired desktop or laptop PC (8GB of RAM, 20 GB of free storage, 1.2 GHz or faster CPU)
Have high-speed internet (50Mbps with 100MBps upload minimum) and a reliable noise-cancellation headset (wired via USB)
Have a strong background in call center environment and sales-focused customer service, with 2+ years of phone sales/customer service experience
Be able to work 40+ hours per week, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday-Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern or 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern, and Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM Eastern
