Position Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Call Center Agent to join our 24/7 call center operations. As a Call Center Agent, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls and schedule service appointments in a professional and courteous manner
Respond to and resolve voicemail messages, abandoned and missed calls from customers in a timely and efficient way
Respond to customer requests via email, webchat, and text to resolve issues and provide support
Deliver call scripts clearly, be compelling, and personable to ensure a positive customer experience
Adhere to the company's plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the outcome
Maintain and update customer database with complete and accurate information to ensure seamless communication and follow-up
Communicate with dispatch to ensure customers receive 5 Star Service and that all service appointments are scheduled and fulfilled as promised
Provide additional support to the team as needed, demonstrating a flexible and collaborative approach to work
Essential Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required
2+ years of customer service experience in a phone-based role, preferably in the home services industry
Ability to multitask by completing phone and computer work simultaneously, with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
Capability to type at least 40 WPM, with excellent keyboard skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
Clear, kind, and energetic phone presence, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain organized, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service delivery
Must be a U.S. Resident, with the ability to work from home and maintain a dedicated workspace
