**Responsibilities and Duties**
As a Remote Call Center Agent & Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
* Making outbound calls to customers on behalf of insurance companies, handling over 100 calls per day
* Logging customer information into multiple software programs, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
* Receiving inbound calls from customers, following the same procedures as outbound calls
* Providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and escalating concerns when necessary
* Maintaining accurate records and reports, using data to inform business decisions
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
**Qualifications and Skills**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* At least 2 years of inbound/outbound call center experience
* High school graduate or equivalent
* Fluency in English, with bilingual skills being a plus
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Sheets, Email, and multi-line phone systems
* Ability to work independently, with a suitable quiet workspace
* Proactive, motivated, outgoing, and prompt, with excellent communication skills
* Residence in Colorado, Texas, Florida, or Illinois is required
* Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality
