* Assist existing clients through phone and/or in person with account management, billing issues, content, and basic product application

**Essential Qualifications**
* Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred but not required
* Full training from the ground up will be provided
* Strong communication skills, with a clear, friendly, and professional tone
