**Key Responsibilities**

As a Remote Benefits Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

* Scheduling appointments and following up with members who have requested information
* Working one-on-one with clients to ensure they understand their benefits and what's available to them
* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and support
* Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide the highest level of service to our clients

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
* Familiarity with benefits administration software and systems
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
* Bilingual or multilingual skills (a plus, but not required)
