**Key Responsibilities**

As a Remote Benefit Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email, ensuring that our clients receive accurate and timely information about their healthcare and pension benefits.
* Accurately explaining healthcare and pension benefit information in simple terms, using internal systems and documentation to resolve client inquiries.
* Maintaining confidentiality and upholding HIPAA and data security standards, ensuring the protection of sensitive client information.
* Collaborating with teammates and leadership to meet service standards, driving continuous improvement and excellence in our customer service delivery.
* Using internal systems and documentation to resolve client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses to client requests.

**Qualifications**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A High School Diploma or GED, with previous call center or customer service experience preferred.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Bilingual speakers (Spanish or French) can earn an additional $0.75/hr, with opportunities for language training and development.
* A strong commitment to customer service, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences to our clients.

As a Remote Benefit Customer Service Representative, you will enjoy:

* A competitive pay range of $16.50 - $18.75/hr, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses.
* Full-time hours during peak season (40 hours/week), with possible overtime available.
* Off-season hours may range between 32-40 hours/week, with flexible scheduling to meet your needs.
