Key Responsibilities Respond to Customer Inquiries : Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently. Assist with Flight Bookings and Modifications : Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and modifications, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience. Resolve Customer Complaints : Resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating to higher authorities when necessary, and providing empathetic support to passengers. Provide Accurate Information : Provide accurate information regarding flight schedules, policies, and procedures, ensuring that customers have the most up-to-date information. Maintain High Customer Satisfaction : Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized service, actively listening to customer concerns, and addressing their needs. Document Interactions and Transactions : Document all interactions and transactions accurately in the customer service database, ensuring that customer records are up-to-date and easily accessible. Stay Updated on Industry Trends : Stay updated on airline policies, promotions, and industry trends, ensuring that you are always informed and equipped to provide exceptional service. Essential Qualifications Education : High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field, such as hospitality, customer service, or business, is a plus. Experience : Proven experience in customer service; experience in the airline industry or a related field is a strong advantage. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
