With over $85M in funding from leading investors, we're expanding our already robust footprint and looking for ambitious, fun people to join us on this mission. **Position Overview** arenaflex is hiring an Experienced Regional Vice President, Customer Success to launch new clients and develop customer relationships that promote retention, loyalty, and growth. You will cover worldwide customers, thrive in a high-growth startup environment, and have a strong understanding of Procurement customers. You will work closely with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction, identify growth opportunities, and support issue resolutions. Your responsibilities will include full account management, strategic positioning, product promotion, and driving the customer organization's adoption of arenaflex. **The Role** As an Experienced Regional Vice President, Customer Success, you will be responsible for: * Overseeing and driving the launch of new clients, including executive account management, strategic positioning, building and demonstrating the value proposition, technical coordination, training & communications plans * Identifying key client contacts to build a network, connect with SMEs, users, and drive adoption * Overseeing and addressing any client or supplier support or technical issues * Performing data analytics and watching KPIs to drive arenaflex usage and revenue growth * Conducting Business Reviews with Clients, including executive sponsors * Providing projections per client and measuring progress against projections * Identifying and executing on new business and client expansion opportunities * Identifying product enhancements, improvements, or expansions to meet the needs of arenaflex customers and create value for the organization and our clients * Creating policies and procedures to optimize customer experience * Developing infrastructure and ways of working to directly support scaling the business * Supporting sales as needed **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Relevant experience in Procurement, Procurement Operations, or Procurement transformation * Experience working with large Fortune 500 companies * Fantastic interpersonal leadership and influencing skills * Highly organized and an excellent communicator, both oral and written * The ability to influence clients to do more, while building relationships and establishing trust * Self-motivation and self-direction, constantly seeking out new contacts and coming up with innovative approaches to grow arenaflex' business * Fluency in Italian is an advantage **Core Skills** You will need to possess: * A Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in areas such as Business, IT, Purchasing, Finance * Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint * Knowledge of customer service practices * Technical aptitude and ability to learn software programs * Knowledge and/or experience with Purchasing systems and processes (Ariba, Coupa, SAP, Taulia, etc.) * Knowledge and/or experience with Accounts Payable and Payment processes & software * Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software **Why Work With Us** At arenaflex, we're a team of humble, hungry, intelligent, and collaborative individuals who are passionate about revolutionizing the way businesses engage and pay their suppliers.
