✅Is proactive, resourceful, and capable of working independently to hit goals.

Responsibilities:

Acquire new clients and build long-term business relationships.

Source, screen, and maintain a strong talent pipeline across multiple roles.

Match client requirements with qualified candidates quickly and effectively.

Negotiate contracts, offers, and terms with both clients and candidates.

Provide market insights and recruitment strategies to help grow the business.
