**Key Responsibilities**
As a Ramp Agent, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Safely loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, ensuring timely connections and efficient operations.
* Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather-related incidents.
* Operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion, while maintaining a high level of safety awareness.
* Utilizing baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate baggage routing and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless airport operations and exceptional customer experiences.
* Participating in regular safety training and adhering to careerzynith's safety protocols and procedures.
**Work Environment and Schedule**
As a Ramp Agent, you'll work in a fast-paced airport environment, with varying shifts and schedules to accommodate operational needs. Shifts may range from early morning to overnight, and you'll work between 20 and 40 hours per week, based on your seniority.
