**What You'll Do**
As a Quality Manager at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for leading a team of Quality Specialists and Investigators to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Delegating tasks and overseeing plans for a team of Quality Experts and Investigators
* Providing training and development opportunities for Quality Specialists and Investigators
* Identifying and escalating quality issues to Management and Design teams as necessary
* Driving improvements in quality processes and procedures
* Providing support to Quality Specialists and Investigators on in-line navigation
* Preparing and presenting standard reports and updates to the Quality team and Management
* Managing material attitude and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality
**What You'll Bring**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
* 2+ years of leadership experience in a team of at least 10 people
* A certificate in a quality-related field, such as six-sigma, TQM, or a similar qualification
* Experience with measurement system analysis (actual measurement procedures, such as CMM, optical comparator) and scientific methods like GD&T, Gage R&R
* Knowledge of actual IQC instruments, such as XRF, microscopy, XRD, ICP, etc.
* Experience working in cleanroom conditions
* A proven ability to drive issues to root cause solutions in previous experience
* The ability to read and interpret design drawings
* Fluency in the English language, both written and verbal
