Job Overview The Quality Control Standards Data Analyst will play a critical role in identifying statistical trends and performance metrics to improve the Quality Control division. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis, as well as presenting insights and recommendations to senior management. Key Responsibilities Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team with timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements Help create and communicate results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical stakeholders and leaders Assist with analyzing ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging support issues and provide insightful responses to enable senior management to make informed business decisions while balancing existing project responsibilities Presentation of insights, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to facilitate stakeholder understanding Help create and distribute specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, establishing the rhythm and validating the need for data requirements Identify irregularities in processes through audits and convey findings to the team Assess the effectiveness of processes and procedures by monitoring for trends and errors Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the center of every decision May perform other work duties as directed by the team leader Essential Qualifications The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong ability to collect, organize, analyze critical amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to effectively listen to, understand, and convey ideas in writing, verbally, or through presentations to groups of varying audiences.
