Job Overview The Quality Control Standards Data Analyst will play a crucial role in driving a culture of safety, efficiency, and innovation within the Quality Control department. Key Responsibilities Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team in timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements. Assist in creating and communicating results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical stakeholders and leaders. Help analyze ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging support issues and provide insightful responses to enable senior management to make informed business decisions while balancing existing project commitments. Presentation of insights, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to facilitate stakeholder understanding. Assist in creating and distributing specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, establishing the frequency, and validating the necessity of the data requirements. Identify irregularities in processes through audits and convey findings to the team. Evaluate the effectiveness of processes and techniques by monitoring for trends and anomalies. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and demonstrate the following skills and competencies: Proven ability to collect, organize, analyze critical amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, understand, and convey ideas in writing, verbally, or through presentations to groups of varying audiences.
