Your responsibilities will include: * Preparing, compiling, and sorting documents for data entry * Checking source documents for accuracy and verifying and correcting data where necessary * Transcribing information into required electronic format * Checking completed work for accuracy and responding to requests for information and access relevant files * Entering data from source documents into prescribed computer database, files, and forms * Performing other duties as required **What We're Looking For** We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality work. To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Two (2) years of courses in a designated field or trade school, and three (3) years of related experience, or any equivalent combination of relevant education and experience * Basic knowledge of proper office procedures * Ability to follow instructions and work independently * Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and basic mathematical skills * Ability to apply basic mathematical skills and recognize and report safety hazards * Understanding of inventory processes and ability to work in both an office and warehouse environment **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we're looking for candidates with: * Two (2) years of college courses in a related field, plus four (4) years of related experience, or any equivalent combination of relevant education and experience for a total of six (6) years * Familiarity with MAXIMO and Microsoft Office suite * Understanding of government property processes and recordkeeping * Receiving and inspection experience **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that's committed to empowering our team members to deliver their best work.
