Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead our Underpinning of Operations Excellence team. This team is responsible for developing and implementing work processes, tools, and knowledge management systems that support our retail partners. As a Program Manager, you'll be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering complex projects and initiatives that drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Plan, Focus on, and Deliver: Develop needs, create plans, and adapt to ensure delivery of projects and initiatives with cross-functional teams, business objectives, and systems, and communicate to all relevant stakeholders. Manage Key Partners: Work with various levels of leadership and partners to ensure the program is meeting key goals and is on track. Drive alignment across senior leaders and impact cross-functional teams to support innovative ideas and decisions. Lead Individuals and Teams: Model a positive and inclusive work environment, be ready to effectively adapt to team dynamics, and mentor others to do the same. Create and motivate durable teams focused on delivering the best for their project and overall program(s). We're Looking for Someone with: The ability to work in uncertain, creative, and high-stakes environments. The ability to build strong cross-functional connections. The ability to zoom in and out, understanding key detailed data while maintaining a broad perspective. Experience managing ideation, critical thinking, and decisions with multiple groups and leadership levels. Experience driving complex large-scale projects and initiatives. Teaching, providing clear guidance, and management support to colleagues. A solid history of execution, agility, and enthusiasm. Requirements for the Role: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Experience in project management, preferably in a large, matrixed organization. Experience managing complex large-scale business or IT projects. Needs gathering and analysis. Working with clients to define work processes and integrate business cycles and technology into effective business solutions. Coaching other project managers in program and project management. Essential Skills and Competencies: Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly, both orally and in writing. Ability to lead and guide colleagues. Solid critical thinking and analytical skills. Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business standards and practices to achieve effective results in cross-functional endeavors and activities. Ability to establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business and technology partners. Knowledge of fundamental business standards and company objectives and goals. Knowledge of integration tools and techniques. Knowledge of system testing and test plan development. Ability to lead complex program and project endeavors to completion. Ability to negotiate and influence. High-level knowledge of program and project management standards.
