Our team is passionate about making a difference, and we're looking for like-minded individuals to join us on this journey. **The Role** As a Program Manager - Customer Returns Experience, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve the customer returns experience at arenaflex. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including Satisfaction Tasks, Merchandizing Classification groups, and Client care, to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions. You will also be responsible for tracking key achievements and overseeing detailed project plans to drive execution and accountability. **Key Responsibilities** * Foster a deep understanding of our customer segments to best comprehend and address their needs * Develop and implement strategies to improve the customer returns experience, making it more convincing, effective, and client-friendly * Own the development and launch of customer returns solutions to address existing and future edge cases, including drop-off options at physical locations and introducing new carriers * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions * Track key achievements and oversee detailed project plans to drive execution and accountability * Communicate project updates to Client support administration and other key stakeholders * Identify areas of risk for RRC expectations and work with leaders to address and mitigate * Oversee interdependencies and coordination across projects to ensure that data related to project expectations, risks, and issues are accurately communicated to key stakeholders * Foster collaboration, key alignment, coordinated planning, and mutually beneficial relationships with leaders, project managers, and key stakeholders **What You'll Need** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related quantitative field * 10+ years of experience in technical program management or similar experience managing cross-functional projects and aligning business requirements with technical requirements * Demonstrated history of developing and improving customer-facing features in an product management capacity * Strong leadership and influencing skills to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams * Ability to work effectively with senior leadership and communicate product strategy and impact * Ability to present new, innovative solutions and answers to address diverse customer needs * Demonstrated expertise in driving growth and improvements in the customer experience area **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a leading company in the industry * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for customer satisfaction and loyalty, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
