**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Production Manager/Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. **Responsibilities:**
As a Production Manager/Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be responsible for:
* **Job Production Management:** Engineer and manage a wide variety of jobs/projects from start to finish, including interpreting customer requirements, developing and managing timelines throughout the production process, and ensuring quality throughout the process.
* **Communication and Collaboration:** Effectively manage communications with sales representatives, customers, outside services, and internal departments to ensure seamless project execution.
* **Job Specifications and Instructions:** Ensure job specifications are clearly communicated to all departments, interpret customer purchase orders/instructions accurately, and provide clear, detailed instructions to the manufacturing team.
* **Printing Department Knowledge:** Demonstrate a basic understanding of all printing departments, including:
+ Digital Department
+ Prepress
+ Press Room
+ Bindery
+ Shipping
+ Mailing
* **Cost Management:** Manage jobs to estimated costs and ensure each is handled in the most cost-efficient manner.
* **Additional Duties:** May include other duties as assigned by management.
**Essential Qualifications:**
* **Attention to Detail:** Must be detailed-oriented and have strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* **Communication Skills:** Strong communication skills (verbal and written) to effectively interact with customers, sales representatives, and internal departments.
* **Customer Service Skills:** Strong customer service skills to provide exceptional service to customers and internal stakeholders.
* **Multi-Tasking:** Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects at one time.
* **Teamwork:** Ability to work as a team member and have a positive attitude, with a strong commitment to dependability and trustworthiness.
* **Technical Skills:** Familiarity with MIS systems such as iQuote/ePS and Monarch, proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Excel, and knowledge of press parameters, ink coverage, and press layouts and folding signatures.
* **Direct Mail Experience:** Strong mailing and variable data experience, with knowledge of postal rules and regulations.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* **Metrix Software Knowledge:** Proficiency in Metrix software, with experience in creating layouts and managing print production.
* **Minimum 5 Years Experience:** Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial print and direct mail lettershop.
