About the Job
The gTech Worldwide Client Experience (gCare) team is a solution-developing effort that supports Google's Outreach teams and advertisers. As a Product Solutions Engineer, you'll be working on developing adaptable solutions to cater to millions of clients worldwide. Your role will involve investigating client-side issues, collaborating with Business, Product, and Engineering teams within Google to develop better tools and services, and improving products based on evolving client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide top-notch client care to sponsors and Business teams by managing challenges for Google advertisers across various products, including Display, YouTube, Google Analytics, Shopping, Google Marketing Platform (GMP), and Mobile/Applications.
Seize, identify, and resolve sensitive and complex issues across Google Ads products, recognizing patterns of issues for business and clients.
Collaborate with Product Operations and Engineering teams to resolve product issues and manage complex problems to improve the client experience.
Develop and deliver advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues and bugs from internal teams and Google advertisers.
Understand the evolving AI-powered nature of the Google Ads ecosystem and communicate ML model language to internal and external clients.
Engage with cross-functional partners to build automation systems and processes to identify and prevent product messes/issues.
Model and develop tools to enable the troubleshooting of client issues and inquiries, facilitating the investigation of standard use cases.
Work with Engineering teams on Foundation launches, updates, and relocations.


Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong foundation in technical skills and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
Four-year certification or identical viable experience in a related field.
3+ years of experience with coding using a general-purpose programming language (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python), working with web innovations (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HTTP, Organizations), or performing data analysis and representation using SQL-like query dialects.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in system design/API, programming languages including data structures and algorithms, and machine learning fundamentals.
Experience working with Google Ads and e-commerce products.
Understanding of backend system concepts (e.g., reserve, memory management), mobile application operating systems, and mobile application data analysis.
Ability to interpret data to influence cross-functional partners and communicate technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Capacity to analyze and troubleshoot labeling issues on websites using developer tools (e.g., Chrome DevTools).
