Key Responsibilities Identify Market Opportunities: Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and expansion. Develop Business Cases: Build compelling business cases to support the development and launch of new Google Home services and features. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, CRM, Finance, and other teams to execute on growth campaigns and drive business results. Drive Experimentation and Measurement: Partner with the analytics team to design and execute experiments, measure success, and inform future growth strategies. Manage P&L: Oversee key decisions from a total profit and loss perspective, ensuring that our products and services are profitable and aligned with our business goals. Drive Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities for process improvements, drive continuous business upgrades, and scale our operations to meet growing demand. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree: A four-year degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or product management. 2+ Years of Experience: At least two years of experience in business development, product planning, or a related field, with a proven track record of driving business growth and delivering results. Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop insights that inform business decisions. Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to senior leadership and other stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Membership Administration: Previous experience in membership administration, partner management, or a related field, with a deep understanding of how to drive growth and engagement. Global Launch Experience: Experience launching products or services globally, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful growth campaigns. Multi-Channel Experience: Experience working with multiple growth channels, such as CRM, in-app, paid media, and more, with a deep understanding of how to optimize and measure their effectiveness. Product Advocacy: Ability to act as a champion for your product category, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and resolve issues.
