You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, and GTM, to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and are delivered on time and on budget. Your expertise in Product Operations will be instrumental in helping us scale our business and drive growth. **Key Responsibilities** * Program manage key betas, launches, launch events, and other strategic cross-functional initiatives * Leverage SQL and data visualization tools to monitor product metrics, understand customer feedback trends, and support product optimization * Establish and lead ongoing programs and systems that provide leverage for all of Applied and sub-groups of Applied (examples: Feedback loop programs to synthesize the top needs of customers from a range of input channels, running ongoing execution sync meetings) * Partner with product leaders to manage org cadence programs like planning, goal setting, and mid-cycle check-in processes * Foster strong partnerships across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Support to align goals, streamline communication, and support business priorities * Assist in building the Product Operations function at blithequark **You Might Thrive in This Role If You:** * Are a great operator who can create organization in chaos and help cross-functional teams execute * Can build systems/tools (via code / no-code / AI) to facilitate internal processes with a great user experience for those who need to use them * Are fantastic at building cross-functional relationships and having empathy for the many roles involved in bringing products to market and supporting them * Are able to move fast to get initial versions of solutions up, and then iterate them to improve the experience and scalability * Are a great communicator across written, presentation, and visual forms.
