Auditing operations teams' and system outputs to identify areas for improvement
Suggesting and implementing process/system improvements to enhance efficiency and quality
Identifying emerging process performance trends and providing insights to drive business decisions
Auditing, tracking, and maintaining quality metrics for assigned processes
Interacting with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, or a related field)
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
